Pacific Lake, a leading investment firm, sought to refresh their digital presence to resonate with ambitious MBA graduates and entrepreneurs. They needed a cohesive brand story rooted in authenticity, delivered through a polished, content-rich Webflow site that would reflect their optimism and long-term commitment.

Key challenges:

  • Align multiple stakeholders (brand, UX, design, dev, copy) on a shared vision

  • Integrate research insights into the experience without slowing momentum

  • Deliver fully functional site on a tight deadline

2. My Approach & Leadership

Scope & Kickoff

  • Compiled comprehensive intake: business goals, brand tone, target personas

  • Defined scope for MVP vs. Phase II features

  • Facilitated kickoff workshop — ensured alignment with strategist and UX researcher

Stakeholder Coordination
