Balentine is a leading wealth management firm known for its client-centric approach and digital innovation. The company sought to redesign its corporate website to better reflect its brand values, improve user experience, and support client acquisition efforts.
The redesign project demanded close coordination among cross-functional teams—including design, development, content strategy, and marketing—to ensure the website’s relaunch met business goals on time and on budget.

Scope and Timeline Definition: Worked with design and development leads to create a detailed project timeline and deliverable roadmap. Introduced buffer periods to accommodate compliance reviews without impacting launch date.
Resource Coordination: Managed multiple vendor relationships and internal contributors, clarifying roles and responsibilities through RACI matrices and communication plans.
Risk Management: Identified potential risks early (e.g., delays in content approvals, integration challenges) and implemented mitigation strategies such as parallel workflows and contingency planning.
Quality Assurance: Oversaw testing phases, coordinated UAT sessions with stakeholders, and prioritized bug fixes to meet high standards.
Communication: Maintained transparent status updates via Slack, email summaries, and project dashboards to keep all teams informed and engaged.
